What should be the guiding principles of our employee social media policy?
That trend is certainly current – I’ve been asked the same question about a dozen times this year. What I’ve found is that many companies had developed blogging or “public information” policies – and that these will morph/meld into their social media policies as such things as Twitter, Facebook, Flickr and YouTube are often just other mediums for a message.
Also – I’d add to this some intelligence on Wikipedia and LinkedIn, which we’ve posted to our reputation site.
